Snap ........... well almost, 23.4 miles but in 3-22 as part of Round Rotherham prep backing up yesterday's even longer run. Both runs at almost same pace and inside target pace for the 50 miler, but probably on easier terrain.
Hoping for a far more successful 2009

Thats my last trip to the lakes this year. Loved it apart from not toughing a hill or mountain. Very clear visability, sunny and a small amount of snow on the very tops. I bet the OMM organisers wished they were putting the event on this weekend instead of last!!! (Didn't see one BBC camera man!)
Did you collect the prize money Andi ! ??

Just under 8 miles from home (61 mins). Headed out to Woodhouse Grove school via a mix of towpath, minior roads, field and riverside paths (surpisingly not as muddy as expected). Back via Calverley Cutting then road & towpath mix again.

Ran round the Kinder Downfall route this morning.
Found it tough after yesterday's Clwydian Hills race.
Showed Craig some of the options here and there.
Passing through the children's playground just before the finish he asked if it was best to follow the path or run straight through between the play apparatus.
I said, "Not easy to say, it's swings and roundabouts!"
