Keep up the running Andy and if you are not going to watch or support your dad at Tankys pop across and do the Gravy Pud.
    Good Luck Andi, 2.15 ?? !

Sounds worse than that maths homework you had us doing t' other week Al!

Get a headtorch and have a run in the countryside

Hmmm, well they said last week that tonight’s session will be abit easier than last weeks.

We didn’t have a coach telling us what we should do last night, there is a set schedule to follow so we all just set off and got on with it.

I had my little lost sheep face on as i arrived (and had to go and buy a day-pass) so i walked up to a guy and asked him "is this the 7pm session". I got introduced to about everyone and they all seemed to like to shake hands with me. I got put with this guy who gets 41 minute 10k's as thats around what i go in the RunPreston. So i used him as my pace maker all night. But to be truthful, even though my knee was screaming out i felt like i could have run with someone slightly faster.
