Hard Work, Hard Training and Suffering...Race Easy
Hmmm, well they said last week that tonight’s session will be abit easier than last weeks.
We didn’t have a coach telling us what we should do last night, there is a set schedule to follow so we all just set off and got on with it.
I had my little lost sheep face on as i arrived (and had to go and buy a day-pass) so i walked up to a guy and asked him "is this the 7pm session". I got introduced to about everyone and they all seemed to like to shake hands with me. I got put with this guy who gets 41 minute 10k's as thats around what i go in the RunPreston. So i used him as my pace maker all night. But to be truthful, even though my knee was screaming out i felt like i could have run with someone slightly faster.
44:22min easy, lower level in The Chew....clag was in making it darker than dark can be for 5pm.....
Consider yourself lightly; consider the world deeply.
8 miles hilly road run (c68mins) including the long drag up Woodhall Lane between Calverley & Pudsey.
