The car looks like a boy-racer's as the alloys on it arent what you see on an everyday car - was was probably driving like a d*ck.

Had a fab day in the snow...Clapham to Ingleborough...about 8 miles...cold, no views, but great fun...only walking...(well jogged a bit on the way down) but I have an excuse! Was great to get out again!

4 miles this morning nice & fresh out there

3 mile recovery run early this morning.
Hills and Guinness!
A noon finish for me today at work so headed from Blackburn to Austwick in misty wet conditions. A few miles further north saw the back of the rain and presented me with snow/ice covered fells and lanes. I did a clockwise run from town head up to Ingleborough summit via long lane & Clapham bottoms and back via Sulber Nick & Crummack. Heading towards and up the swine tail, crampons and an axe wood not have been out of place. The whole route underfoot made for tricky running conditions, probably the reason I didn't see anyone in the best part of 2 hours. Much better than coming home and snoozing in the chair.
6.9 miles off road. Mudroc 290s played up early today just 20 minutes in to the run. They had been better behaved recently, usual socks used in combination too so am mystified as to why.
Hoping for a far more successful 2009
Thought a few miles of even tarmac might be better for my sore foot than trotting on the moors in the dark. Good plan but did end up going off road once I was fed up of cars. Got my road shoes nice and wet and muddy. About 6 miles.
