Had a good ramble around Rivington. Up the ramp/Winter Hill/2 Lads/Pike Tower/Japanese Garden/Lower Barn/Liverpool Castle/past Riv High (Pike Race Route)/Belmont Rd/2 lads/down the ramp. 2 hours 40 with a few photo stops. Great stuff. last day as a senior. Life begins at V.

5.33/960ft in 49m52s followed by a dip in the river, first time i've run on Christmas Eve for years, if ever. Bloody loved it, got to put the oven on at 5, then boozer till the Mrs. gets back

Great social run up Pendle with around 60 other club members. Nice and steady with plenty of time for chatting. More chatting with beers later.
