    Club session on "grass"

4 minutes (2 minutes jog back to start recovery)

    5 x 75 seconds (60s, 50s, 40s, 30s, 90s jog recovery)

8 minutes (2 minutes jog back to start recovery)

    5 x 75 seconds (60s, 50s, 40s, 30s jog recovery)

Trained on far side of field due to lack of light (no floodlights tonight), yellow flags were hard to see in the snow.

    Ran to and from session

Oh, and ive been working on turning my 10 year old sister into a fell runner!!! So asked me could she join the forum now. I said "NO!"
When I was about 15 I tried to get my 12 year old brother in to running. He gave it a go. It only lasted about 2 weeks though.
