    I did my 2nd beginners training day today. Although not about to tell you how far i did, you lot can do that in your sneezes~!

    1:13:09hr Recovery pace (HR below 70% Max HR). Alphin - Wimberry, heavy going underfoot across the peat towards Wimberry. Lovely and peaceful not a soul around

    40 minute blast on the road,first run since calderdale,felt great to be out,bring on edale

    4.6 miles hilly road. Felt crap beforehand but forced myself out and think I enjoyed it!!

    Back to running an easy 20 min run over the pasture on very soft ground rather than the roads tonight with the headtorch.
