    Club session on grass

    Two sets of

    8 minutes @ 10k pace (2 minutes recovery)

    3 minutes @ 3k pace (2 minutes recovery)

    followed by

    4 x 30 seconds (45 seconds recovery)

    Distances - 2.04k, 820m, 2.12k, 840m, 4 x c.160m

    Ran to and from session
    Hoping for a far more successful 2009

    1:23:46hr. Greenfield - Plantation - descent to bridge nr sailing club - bridge to Duckstones at 80-85% max HR, gave 14mins of climbing (atop the Duckstone) - then recovery pace to Fox Stone, descent to Res, ascent to the Tank boulder, thru Plantation and home...All in all a great little outing
