    AM - 20 miles with 5 X Scarfell climbs.

PM - 2 loops of the Bob Grahame with 1 minute recovery between loops.

Legs a little heavy after 1 loop of BG. Tomorrow may be time for a 30 mile recovery run, rest my poor little leggies.

Short run from Edale car park up Mam Tor then onto Loose Hill via Hollins and back down.. blew the cobwebs off, still a bit slippy up there.

hey ts - think it must just be this morning's frost - was totally non slippy yesterday

yesterday, jog/walk (heavy on the walk): - edale-grindslow knoll - down fall- kinder low - brownhill - hollins cross back (started super sunny, ended up quite chilly on rushup edge, saw a couple of guys recceing the skyline)

today - quick blast around the burbage valley.

    Re: Today's Training

Three hilly road loops starting at home, down the hill and back up in 58mins. Each climb is ~500ft and ~ 1 mile.

It's all I could face today - not on form(!) and missed out on the chance of a longer fell run first thing.
