Lunchtime today, 33 minutes at an easy pace mainly zigzagging around the local park.

Mickledon straddle route

very muddy up there, still with patches of snow but these will be gone by the weekend. The return climb was sooooooooo wet, much more so than last year. there will be tired legs at the top.

Struggled abit but not as much as iI thought.

Yes was very wet up there the other day...and i only went to the fingerpost on mickledon edge. some of the claggiest bits were where the footpath repairs have taken place

Last night Club Training night - 1 mile warm up followed by 6 X 4 Minute efforts then 1 mile warm down.

Today - A short 3.75 mile on the treadmill at work.

Ran 6ml on the road last night and kind of enjoyed it

Yesterday, 31 minutes commute home from work at 9am, then 92 minutes in the afternoon whilst watching Norfolk schools cc champs.
