No, not so bad. Warmer than it initially felt. Just under 4 miles, quite hilly, but all road. Trying to keep my feet as stable as possible while I pick the mileage up again.
Stopped half way round for a few exercises in a park (4x6 pull ups, 4x20 burpees).
Got home, did some weights in the garage. Just back in now: got my breakfast on the go (big bowl of sugar puffs, couple of slices of wholemeal toast + marmalade, couple of pain au chocolates) and the bath running![]()
