Thursday will be 4 mile walk so will Friday!
Have you been for that MOT with the physio yet NB as I'm sure it, and the exercises you'll be given, will save you a lot of niggles in the future and get you running faster.

No, i just plodded on in the end, i saw a podiatrist, which i have to say i was not very impressed, i saw a health trainer, but wasn't given much help, i bought a book, which helps, have had loads of advice, again helps, but i keep getting to go and something comes up.

I have a theory if i lose more weight my ankles and shins might get better, just abit weak. I have lost 15lb upto now, which isn't so bad!

Just back in from steady 4mile sort-of-recovery run on flat roads.

Last night - 3 x 1 mile hill reps, each ~500ft. Hard hour to do as it was chucking it down and flippin' freezing!

Very early doors long run on the hills tomorrow....(if I can get out of bed)
