(Sunday) 5 hilly miles up the Loxley Valley to Ughill etc. Meant to be further but pissing down
(Monday) Down the gym did some leg presses amongst others. Seems to help recovery
(Yesterday) 6+ miles from Malin Bridge up nearly to Dam Flask then up the hill and down to Middlewood. Felt easier than quicker than last week but probably an illusion

A six mile run up the disused railway line.

Just at the turn it bucketed down. I ran back up our street looking like a drowned rat just as the sun was coming out again.
Frequent but moderate workouts on a consistent basis are the key to success

1 1/2 hours based around Dovetones including up Winberry then down and up onto Dovestones and across the peat. Then back. Busy out, lots o' folk walking their dogs plus a school party shattering the quiet!
