6.00A.M start from Lordstones Cafe in Cleveland Hills. 16 miles over the tops returning via gliding station on Carlton Moor. Absolute peace and quiet and stunning views, kind of reminds you why we love this sport. Next Sunday I'll be running Lion Inn on Blakey Ridge to Ravenscar on North Yorkshire coast in preparation for Lyke Wake Race.

Ingleborough, up and down from Horton, starting at 9.45 am. About 1 hour 45 mins, recovering from the Gullies yesterday.
Saw no-one on the way up, 1 on top and 2 walking up on the way down.
A little hot towards the end but the views were wonderful.

Hour or so gentle run from Barden Bridge towards Burnsall and back. A simply fantastic evening to be out and the Dales fashion police didn't catch me in my fluoro green Fell Ponies vest. Happy days!!
