1 hour in gym this morning, then 1k in the pool this evening. Good recovery day after the boredom of Wharfedale half yesterday.
I have a running buzz again.
Im gonna be training six days a week
Today 4 miles on the road sort of a swift recovery run in about 34 minutes
Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before
I have done my first 3 runs last week....boy is it hard getting back into it and starting from scratch again!
x3 5k on treadmill at a snails pace and having to walk every few minutes but improving every time!
Can't wait for this weeks sessions! How refreshing!

Well done MG .
I ran the 'big' three peaks over the weekend; Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. A blizzard at the top of the Ben on Friday evening, a howling blizzard at the top of Scafell at 4 am Saturday and driving rain and very strong winds on the top of Snowdon Saturday lunch time. Chuffing brilliant though.
All mountains run in shorts - none of this mamby pamby tights, leggings or waterproof trousers mallarky.
Scafell Pike - a bit parky
Well done Stolly, weather looks
Hills and Guinness!
A measly 4m home from new job over Norland Moor, can't start yet till i've sorted my notice period out with the old place, but the job's mine, chuffed to bits!!!!!!
Hills and Guinness!
