3rd day, 2x2.5 miles, through/on snow, carrying weight (work stuff in rucksack).
6.5 miles in the snow along Eastbourne seafront! Good old Mudclaw 270's - not even a slip!
16 miles on undulating snowy trails...snowing here again !

just flogged myself at racing pace over a ten-mile North Downs route: really tough in the snow, the air stinging the lungs. Ran all the ups as fast as I could.
Really got it all out, feel absolutely brilliant.
Now for some lunch and some ale!
Couple of hours or so over Pendle today, was a bit nippy with the wind on top! Forgot to take my shades as the wind was blowing powder off the drifts all the time!
Saw loads of Skiers and Snowboarders traipsing up the hill for some deep snow action.
