Headtorch run on Higgar Tor, Millstone and Longshaw last night - 6 miles ish, plenty of hills..
Still running in a bit of snow so this mornings run had a bit of everything with a 2700ft climb thrown in for good measure.

2.5 miles, 20ft climbing first run in 2 weeks due to well dodgy calfs, all seemed good other than very flat and too short! Good to be running again though

Quite literally flying at the mo, ran round my training loop in record time this morning...shame no racing till late summer
A steady/easy 50 mins c5.75 miles/400ft on trails around Woodhall Hills & through Calverley Woods.
A very gentle 5 miles and 450' at the Much Wenlock end of Wenlock Edge, by way of a recovery run after the Exe to Axe. Feeling less stiff now, thankfully.
Lovely evening, woods just starting to come into bud. First T shirt and shorts run of the year!

Am 22 miles fixie bike ride.
Pm - nine miles steady including 3 mile Bunny run "speed" session
Monday 2 hours on pendle just kept running up and down hills, it seemed like a good idea to go down them until i realised i had to climb back up the bloody thing!
tuesday 5 miles reasonbly flat...
today 8 1/2 miles 1200ft climb just over an hour(i think)
Yesterday
4 and a bit "recovery" miles, barefoot and in Vibrams. Even though it was a recovery run I still put in over 200 metres climb as I think its good not to be too lazy...
Just took it real slow and had a bit of a sit down to enjoy the moment at the top of the hill.
6 miles off road, mainly followed Oakworth Haul route with some nobs on. 700ft climbing 1,117 accumulative. V muddy in places.
