A supposedly easy jog for me turned out to be a desperate struggle as I met the current V45 English Champion at the start of my run.:thunbdown:
He wanted to "jog" with me and chat, I sweated, cursed, spat up bits of lung as he merrily chatted away telling me he was taking it very easy after Holme Moss.
I think in future Im gonna have to do my "training" in the dark or maybe wear a burhka so he doesnt know its me.
That said hes a top bloke.
a very slow and nervous 2.5 miles felt ok nice to release a bit of pent up tension...
1 Hour run/walk with hound, biscuits and water stop on a hill, dog didn't seem hungry, not suprised, the packaging tastes better than the puppy scoff:w00t:
