    Re: Today's Training

Sun - 6.5mi Pendle hill sesh (cut slightly short - knees, but not ITB)
Mon - 5.4mi from Park & Ride to the office and back (2.7mi each way) with 11.5kg on my back
    Weds - As above
    Fri - As above

Nearly 23mi all in. This commuting malarky's really paying off.

Sounds like its going well mate!!

Sorry I can't make CTJM tomorrow, am out for a family meal tonight, so not sure what state I'll be in early doors tomorrow!

Just been up on Pendle again this morning, for around 10 miles ish, with the usual culprits thrown in on the 2nd half of the FTOP

    Re: Today's Training

An easy 80 mins c 7mile/1600ft on Burley & Ilkley moors from the Moor Lane bends parking layby. Nice and quiet on the moors once I got to top of Ilkley Crag - so much so that a lone walker commented that I was the first person he'd seen for 2 hours as I headed past the old rifle range.
