    Second half of the Yorkshireman today.....pretty damn wet n muddy.......not be a fast time if it stays like that.

    Had a nip round Long Mynd yesterday, was quite a nice place, quite a busy place mind. Planned a better route for next week down there. Any more routes around that area would be welcomed

    Put in 2k on the rower and 60mins high intensity on the bike in the gym this aft.

    Rounded off Week 1 of the push up challenge as well

    Marsden to Bleaklow and back on Friday. 26 ish miles & 5300. Supposed to be a Double Marsden attempt, but a puke on Bleaklow was natures way of saying turn back, so I did!

    Me too! Then ran back to Denholme to the car, a round trip of 20 miles. Last LSR before the big day!

    I had a run round the Wadsworth half trog course this morning. Smashing day with a good breeze to cool you down
