9.1 miles (the .1 is crucial) last night. First properly cold one this winter.
2 hours steady to John o'Gaunt's castle and back. About 24km and 320m of ascent.
9 mile circular from Kilnsey to Boardley. Cracking views all around.
Best part of 10k along the River Mersey to Chorlton Water Park and back with the head torch on, nice and steady. Saw a couple wandering around the lake in the dark, they didn't even have a dog very strange....
Two days on and a fantastic night run over Kinder with the best part of 30 Dark peakers. Stunningly clear and crisp. the odd patch of snow but lots of frozen turf. The night sky was amazing, saw a big shooting star that went from one horizon to the other.
