Last trip out was Sunday. Run up Buckden Pike via a quiet minute at the Memorial at 11. Then onto Gt Whernside.
12 miles
2500ft ascent.
How wet can it get nearly sank twice.

An hour in the mosh pit at Motorhead last night. Calves are killing me now.
Tao begets one. One begets two. Two begets all things.

Had a great night, took my lad who is 13 and into all things heavy and rock and roll, it was a damn sight better (for me) than Avenged Sevenfold who we saw a couple of weeks ago, and also last night it was good not to be the oldest person there haha. One of the supoort bands was the remains (singer) of Hanoi Rocks who I saw 20 years ago, at probably the best gig I have ever been to and couldn't believe how much he was giving it out last night. Also bumped into 3 mates who I haven't seen for about 15 years and who have clearly spent those years drinking and not fell running.

A steady and flat 52 mins round Fewston and Swinsty with some other pensioners.
