Sunday morning, 10.30 start.

Did it last year mate but hopefully this year i will be watching Morecambe at Wembley. Nice course with a steady climb on each lap. Whats that surface on the paths lower down,it looked like shreaded tyres. Anyone doing this should allow time for a warm up run from the leisure centre to the start

Yes, it is old tyres, re-cycled put down there for the horses and riders to hack out on. There shouldn't be any horses there when the race is on though!

Looks like the trip to Wembley is cancelled after todays result unless we can score seven on Thursday, so i might be there after all. The good news is i didnt go to Dagenham today, the bad news is i've already got my ticket for the 2nd leg
