Ok. Which evil genius first thought it would be a good idea for people to sit in freezing cold water!!!!!!!?
Having found myself a nice undulating 18 mile cross country route to Holcombe Hill and back, I thought it would be a good idea to try one of these....
Still, after I'd gone numb it was ok and I've got to admit my legs do feel a lot better for it. Have to find out what other forms of torture are good for you!
