Dont know if anyone can help, I did Edinburgh marathon on Sunday, since then I have had really itchy feet, its driving me mad, anyone any idea why and what I can do to stop it. there is no rash, I was sat with my feet in cold water at 3 in the morning, which helped but I cant walk round with buckets of water attached to my feet..please help!!
It is just a guess but have you tried a moisturising cream? Was it your socks? - if it was me I would not wear them again.
yest I have tried moisturising, the socks I wore are the same ones I used in training, really dont know what it could be, think it might be a visit to docs if it dont go by tomorrow..thanks anywayOriginally Posted by Mike T

done that thanks, but a none drowsy one, so I can still drive my machinary thats parked in the drive..lol
