I also want to thank Charlie, Fraser & team for putting on a cracking event, we really enjoyed the run out. I think that's the last time t'missus will want to run as a mixed pair though, lots of grumbling going on about missed chocolate opportunities!

At the off Shaw road check point one of the residents stepped out to give me some ear ache as I ambled past about the number of cars parked there just as another car was arriving. The newly arrived car was actually nothing to do with the race organisation as it was heading through the checkpoint not joining it.

I meant abuse from Dave W telling me to run faster and that I was looking like a labouring donkey or something similar!
