I think the question was around why might the shoes be faulty - any suggestions If as you claim just answering questions and giving info when when asked would not the question about the heel or even the question about how do you know the fascia band actually works fit within this self given remit?
I see you have removed your tag about giving the FRA a donation, so you were taking the mick out of people who have parted with their hard earned cash. The forum has given you much what are you giving back - certainly not straight answers
Anyway this as usual is going nowhere and you will continue laugh at and use us all to make a buck, so I shall go and do the washing up a far more productive activity.

Maybe coz they are handmade and made by humans, sometimes( very rarely faults occur)
Auntiesocial aint we been down this line before?
If you or anyone cares to read my posts most if not all are replying to a question or offering some form of advice. If I dont know the answer I have said.
If I think things are ******** I have said.
Im sure if the Administrators thought I was blantantly advertising they would tell me about it or ban me from the forum.
Well they aint a homogeneous item that is poured in one end & just comes out of a mould the other.
The patterns are cut by someone.
There is stitching that someone has to feed through the machine.
The heel counters are put in place by someone.
The soles and uppers are bonded by someone.
The laces are threaded by someone.
Im not suggesting they are hand knitted from scratch but I would say handmade.

So this post is handmade as well then as I typed it with my digits.
The shoes are made in China - and knowing Chinese factories as I do, the closer to "handmade" that a product is the lower the quality of the article.
Either you are producing in a sophisticated factory and paying a premium for the high tech production facility and well trained staff that is commensurate with such a factory,
or you are in a low level type facility where they use rice glue to bond the sole.
I imagine that it is leaning towards the former - and handmade is stretching it quite a bit.

Because our shoes have an element of human labour there will be times ( hopefully very rarely) when things can go wrong ie: a rucked piece of material in the heel or a missed stitch on the rand etc.
We do our best to keep any problems to a minimal but because the shoes are "Hand Made" there will be a degree of variance.
[QUOTE=Inov-8 Insider;323801]Can't remember you doing this relating to your own products - but happy to be proved wrong
Tell you again you mean
Any way as you are offering helpful advice on shoes, perhaps you can help. I need to buy a new pair of cushioned trail shoes, there is nothing appropriate in the Inov range (this is to supplement my flyrocs) I pronate but am able to wear my carbon inserts in most shoes so buy neutral models . The last pair I have had felt good but have fallen apart quite quickly, they were NB SL8's. Saucony is always a poor fit with me so is there any particular brand or shoe you would suggest I try? I intend to do the 3ppp in them unless it is especially wet.
