I found the gels awful. I'll be slicking to my SIS!
I had the recovery bar which was yoghurt something or other - Was abit wierd but was ok.
Yet to try the other energy bar.

Lemon one was very salty, bitter
but have the fruit punch one and although a bit salty/ savoury I like it (i hate all the sweet gels etc anyway)
