    I'd say that it is important to go at your own pace and not try to match anybody, especially when you are just getting into it and feeling that first flush of enthusiasm - I think that would be a surefire way to get yourself injured somehow, or pack it in if you don't quite measure up to your expectations.

    Less is more, maybe? At least in the beginning.
