    It was -1 when I left for the velodrome yesterday morning ok, it was 6.15... but still! Thankfully I park my car underneath a HUGE yew tree, so I didnt have to scrape ice off the windscreen...

    Up to it on a bike! I'll have you know i'm doing the Wetherby to Filey on my soviet shopper at the beginning of june, just me though all my mates have become mysteriously unavailable as time has worn on. Still, this year's modifications should ensure i don't suffer any blow outs or the seldom heard of pedal overheating.

    It's my 5th or 6th time on this one, it's not as difficult as it seems, joint fatigue is my enemy as it always has been, ligaments in my dodgy knee hate distance.
