I was wondering...where does all that puss/liquid stuff come from to build up and creat a blister?
I have a spectacular collection of blisters after yesterdays trog.So should I
1- Leave them?
2- Pop them?
3- What do I do with a blood blister?
I hasten to add these are all on my feet
I use scissors and nip them at the end...and then let them dry out.
Or....if i cant resist i get rid of the entire skin that the blister 'took out'.
Dont know if its the best thing to do really, because nearly everytime i race i get a blister at the end of each top (next to the big toe).
If they don't cause you any problems I'd leave them for a few days to allow the new skin underneath to grow. I had 12!!! all around my toes after the rigby. I left them and did the 1.5 legs of the PB the week after.
They caused me any grief though.
Blisters are natures way of protecting the body. Once you cut/pierce them infection can get in.
Leave them and let nature take its course
Frequent but moderate workouts on a consistent basis are the key to success
if you suffer badly try a twin skin sock hilly so a whole range of them
I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.
