    Yes but what would be the fun in that? Part of AS's enjoyment in winding someone up comes from their belief that it's serious. AS is the forum master at this. He still gets bites despite his forum name and us all knowing what he's like.

    I now see how this works. I would just like to clarify that (despite what I said earlier) I completely believe in the elastic fascia band and how it contributes to extra spring on each stride by acting in concert with your own plantar fascia. II, I'd like a pair of x-talons in 8 please.

    I've tried it. It doesn't work. The grovelling for free trainers that is. Don't know about the fascist band or whatever it's called
