Does anybody know if they let guests run (from clubs competing in that match) in the 5000m? I've a feeling that clubs can run more than their 2 runners but I'm not 100% sure.

you can run as a guest you need to get permission of the track official who will be incharge on the day. as ive done it before
Dave Norman bandited the Northern Cup Final last year if I remember correctly, I imagine you only have to contact someone whoever is in charge in advance, unless loads of people wanted to do it.
