    Closed Threads. Why? :/

I'm just puzzled that's all. It seems there's some interesting debate. Maybe getting controvertial at times, but certainly not out of hand.

So why close down the threads?

? Anyway, never mind, probaby best consigned to history some of the stuff said in there. You going up up Austwick this Monday then WP...?

and Kettlewell is a cracking good race which I can heartily recommend.

I'm not running at the moment Stick - I've had a "partial prolapsed disc" that got me at the end of March. Didn't know what it was at first and it cleared up after about a week - so I got running again, but got me big time then just after Easter Weekend.
After a few weeks struggling to walk, at least I'm mobile now and almost "normal" (no comments thanks )

I'm hoping to be back doing some easy runs in the next week or two and maybe back racing in July. Sedbergh Hills is one I'd like to get round.

I'm of to Shuttlingsloe on Monday with the Juniors.

    Have a good weekend.

Ouch! That sounds both painful and a bit (!) of a nuisance
