For the people who are suffering, my counsellor has advised me to keep a regular routine. Even if you are working from home.

Get up at the same time.
    Prepare in the same.
    Eat at similar times.

Most importantly try and get some exercise.
There will be time due to lack of travel.

Think I'm going back to a little cycling.

Don't worry about the things you can't change.

Wise words Stagger, and the best thing is the weather looks to be great at the minute so perfect for getting outside. Onwards and upwards

Yes, keep active as much as possible.

Although I can work from home, I have to go in to work - we are a major supplier for the NHS. I have also been tasked in providing all possible reports and data analysis needed by our HR department. Initially tough to handle, I am increasingly finding that although the statistics are becoming more morose, I am mentally more engaged which in turn is helping with anxiety. Strange times..

Increasing exercise now that I have the time is becoming very beneficial.

    Golf swing drills are useful.
Practice balance doing swings with feet together, eyes closed.
Get your swing centre to stay put!
Feel with your eyes closed whether your grip is letting go at the top.
Try drills with swing wrecking right hand forefinger and thumb off the shaft , so the grip is in the fingers.

( spot the disciple of Ben hogan, who they said had the golfing problem of having to play shots out of the divots he made the day before, so consistent was he! )

If you haven’t got a copy of modern fundamentals it’s well worth the read.

Mrs DTR has suggested Pilates for me, I’ve been off shift this week but am working from home next week, might give it a go between work tasks and see if I see any benefit

I used to do a Pilates class 2 years ago and, looking back, over the 9 months that I partook it coincided with my longest injury free period. Coincidence? I don't think so.

I have tried doing it at home, even watching someone on the telly, but it is not the same. The missing combination of my discipline, class peer pressure and the gorgeous instructor Holly realigning my limbs into the right position is not giving the required result!

Another entry for When This Is Over.
Visibility good except in Hill Fog

Just watched a submarine captain list his isolation advice.

    1 Routine
    2 Cleaning
    3 Downtime
    4 Conflict
    5 Communication

Keep a routine, with out being OCD have a cleaning plan.
Downtime is a must, relax and recovery.
Try avoiding conflict with others and make time for others with plenty of communication.

Should help with depression and anxiety.

I have a mate who’s an ex-submariner, tells me they would go aboard not knowing whether it would be 3 months, 4 or 5 until they came home, definitely sound advice from those fellas
