Welsh Team/s Snowdon Race

Any new on these yet, not sure if there will be 2 teams. I have heard that Tim and Andy Davies aren't running this year.

My predictions are,

A Team - Rich Roberts
Math Roberts
Math Collins
Iain Ridgway

B Team - Ifan Richards
Sam Smith
Carwyn Thomas
Math Fortes ( not sure of eligibility)/ Dylan Wyn ( Returning to form)

Im sure Ive read somewhere that its only going to be a 4 man team this year? (No B Team).

Will be an interesting line up - especially as GafyrMynydd (Ifan) has been knocking on the door this year.

i think Dyl is right.no B team just a4 man team this year.my predictions are

No chance for me. Ifan and Sam will beat me quite soundly at the moment. I'm working away all the time now, currently stranded in Philly with no bag and no running gear..

Don't think Mat Fortes is eligible, and neither is Sam at the moment I think. It takes 2 years under residency, but they can't be student years.

Carwyn is always a good bet at Snowdon, always seem to pull out a cracker of a run, but he's very up and down, on his day he'll give most of our other top runners a real race.

Sure is,been out of the racing scene for the last couple of years and havent been racing/training properly since 2006.
i`ve finished building my house and completed my Degree this year therefore i can get back to trainig properly again.
started doing races since March and really enjoyed them i havent bothered the front runners but by the end of the year hopefully be a bit closer to them and by next year be in amongst them,well thats the plan anyway.

I like your optimism! Im not 16-18 anymore!! But I'll give it all Ive got - nothing better than finishing a race and feel like you've gone for it..

Ive got no doubt that u'll be mixing it at the front sooner rather than later...not long until we're V40 :-(

It is true from what Ive heard on the grapvine that there is only one team this year. I have also heard that this is the final and confirmed team to race for Wales this year for the Snowdon Race....
