Just a quick smile and nod to Des and team for today, fabulous race, great atmosphere, half decent squash!

Great race today in perfect conditions. Must mention mrs steady fast for finishing 3rd lady on her fell race debut. She's made up and seems to think fell running is easy now! Big thanks to des and his team of helpers.

thanks to Des and crew, always enjoy running this great route but never raced it before. weather was spot on, not sure if I'll ever cover the route faster that yesterday, bogs needed feeding with water not shoes this year!
