    Having camped there last night with my family, I can attest to your rain dancing ability. Unless it's exceptionally hot over this week, it should be sufficiently muddy for everyone's tastes.

    never ceases to amaze me how many parts of the stone wall has been knocked out on that road , theres a new hole every week

    could the course yield a new race record, not got my fixtures with me but if andy did a recce ( in about an hour ) , it would be nice to see it broken
    the conditions underfoot was perfect sundaY.
    whats the record anyone

    You'll have to run fast if you want to watch RR & Lloyd sprinting for the finish!!

    By the way, are they both representing Derbyshire (not sure which county RoadRunner's in, now)?

    I have only ever ran for Greater Manchester. Did spend a few years living in Derbyshire, but never ran for them.

    Not sure if this has been mentioned already but there is an alternate route. DazH this would suit you fine. through Glossop town centre ( from Hayfield direction) and up the hill. Carry on for approx 6 miles on the B6105. Cross a dam wall and sharp left at the top. Crowden car park 1/2 mile on the right

    its just that road has some crazy drivers on it

    Absolutely gutted that I'll miss this one due to a foot injury. Crowden's a local stomping ground and particular favourite. Hope to pop along and see the crowd on the day.

    Methinks the car park may be a wee bit full on Sunday morning......
