Other than the Skeleton Night Trail Run, are there any other events from Aug to Nov that involved running trails at night?
Coming over from Australia on a 3 month holiday, and have been told that the UK has a few of these events.

None that I know of. There are a few over the winter, more a laugh than a serious race, but I think the rest of the time people take advantage of the daylight!
Thanks for that, I have plans on trying to run some of the 7 stanes MTB trails at night. When I do I will post up and see if I can get some company. Again, thanks for your reply.
You could try checking some local orienteering club websites - they usually have a few casual and friendly winter evening events once it starts getting dark earlier, if you are coming over for three months you could be here for long enough!

I know during the winter there are some night time forest runs done in the Bowland area as my brother ran some but not sure who organised them.
They must be bats!
West Cumberland orienteering club organise a series of night orienteering events on thursdays through the winter. There is also the North West Night O League with usually 5 events organised by MDOC, PFO, SROC, DEE and SELOC.
Bowland FR run regular off road runs through the winter so you could keep an eye on their website
Not trail running but, Night Street Orienteering is on over the winter months..

This sounds amazing, read some of the reviews from people who have done it in the past, certainly seems an adventure.
