    Couple of weeks back there was someone who had just run the ldwa 100miler in Scotland, and he did a good job of plugging the ldwa and 100m event etc. - Mark and Stuart couldn't quite get their heads round walking that distance in one go .
    Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.

    I heard that too, as I try to listen to every show of theirs.

    Sorry, can't remember what he chose, but here's the link to 'The Chain'

    I did hear the Hafdis Huld session the other week, & that was utterly charming, as is the track that they played again the other night
    'Action Man'

    Over the years, I first heard a lot of bands/artists that I got to like on the 'R & M' show (plus, those when it was Radcliffe & Marc 'the boy lard' Riley)
    Such as;

    Tindersticks (still a big favourite) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4J8gS_SbkE
    British Sea Power http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2n-7K0Ef6Y
    Arcade Fire http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83KR_UBWdPI
    Airborne Toxic Event http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKEu3EmBCzQ
    Snow Patrol

    Surprising Fact; Radcliffe was supposedly the first British DJ to feature/play tracks by/interview Madonna!! (under her 'own' name)
