Well done Fellrunner. Now you've done with Ironman why don't you take a look at an xterra event. Clocking in at 1.5k swim, 30k mountain bike and 11k trail run. Not quite as intense as an Ironman but the off road terrain certainly make it a significant challenge. Check out this months Triathlete Europe magazine for more informaton:
