What about swimming for a few weeks? It will support your weight and if you opt to swim 'crawl or soemthing shouldn't do your knee any damage.

yeah he said drowning was ok!

I don't mind it so much its just so bloody boring!
Up and down the same lane looking at the same plaster on the bottom.

Running round a track is bad enough but sinking is no fun at all!

Will have to do it I suppose. I can combine it with some gym work where I can look at girls in lycra thou!

    F**k F**K F**K

Haven't run now for 9 days. Went to the track last night to see how the knee was.

I managed 350m of a gentle job round as a warm up and the knee goes again!

    FFS!!!!!!

Bad luck Calf - don't suppose one of those fancy bandages would help?
I was advised lots of work on the recumbant bike for strengthening the muscles around the knee - certainly feel them working as oppose to the upright bike. Maybe worth a shot. Are you going to see anyone about it?

hmmm not thought about them bandages thing. Thought they were for old men???

One of the lads at the club is a trained physio and is going to have a look at it on friday afternoon!

Think I need to some inner quad strength work but only with straight leg exercises.

    How's your leg this morn?

Legs not too bad ta, think I did the right thing though finishing on 2 sets rather than pushing it for the 3rd - easy doe it an all that!
Still lumpy but no pain this morning unless I press on them!!
