    bravo! cant say better than that. running time is me time. i dont want anyone else there to distract from it.

    been running with my border collie for past 12 yrs,perfect company(she even carries stuff); both recovering from 35 miler on sun and looking forward to thats lyth in couple of weeks

    I though us northerns called the hills and mountains "fells"

    Does this mean there are some fell downs somewhere in England.

    Perhaps people like myself, now living in the midlands, could be called fell down runners.

    Intervals and the like are more fun with others. Misery loves a companion and all that!

    Thou love going out for a long run in hills on my own, but hate long road runs on my own (thou thats the case 99% of the time....I have no friends)
