Well the answer was yes! Good to catch up with you again Daleside.

As for the race - too fast and furious for my current level of fitness but enjoyable all the same though heel says otherwise!

Somehow MT i knew you'd have been at this! Noticing the commotion i popped in whilst out on my bike ride and had a bit of a chat to a runner, initially i scanned the crowd looking for anyone familiar but it was packed. If you're short of squad members next year let me know as i only live down the road and train there regularly.

We're always short of squad members Mr B - get yourself up to Chevin (Surprise View car park) on Wednesday's at 6.30 and join us!!

Actually you probably could've made a Wharfedale team last night - you, Daleside & AN Other!

Is that when you train with Horsforth Fell & Dale? It's a bit early for me but i'll consider it when i get some fitness back, couldn't buy any for all the tea in China right now .

Yes up there most Wednesdays til mid-Sept then roads from Trinity & All Saints from then onwards. Probably worth PM'ing me first to check just in case we have an 'awayday' elsewhere.

Anyone else out 'sprinting' around this tonight?

Saw Leeds Rhino marshalling towards the end of the hillier woodland section.

As always a well organised and marshalled event with a record 94 teams running including some seriously speedy juniors from the flatlands of York finishing 3rd overall!
