    Helped out flagging the course tonight and it looks like the barbed wire fence is there as an obstacle.
    You can either hurdle it, pole vault it, or simply climb it.
    Should be fun.
    Oh and theres also the 1400 ft of climbing, dodgy tussocks and the odd people in Cowpe village to put up with.
    What fun!

    If it ever comes to a race day and i'm not nervous I might as well pack it all in but I'm more nervous about explaining to the physio on thurs that my back is very sore again and then explaining why (she will not be a happy physio) but looking forward to having a race again regardless of finishing position
