    Barefoot Work Shoes

I am currently experiencing some mild achilles tendonitis. I have found that the shoes i currently wear to work seem to make it worse during the day. I have also found that walking around during the day wearing either Crocs or just my socks seem to make my achilles feel a lot better, and generally feels more comfortable.

Problem is, walking around an office with Crocs (with a few blobs of paint) or just socks on isn't really acceptable. Does anyone have any suggestions for some slightly more professional alternatives?

I wear vivo barefoot aqua (in black) to work a lot for exactly that reason. When they finally wear out, I'll probably buy some of the oak model as they are a little more "shoe"like.

We have a pretty casual dress code so I wear an old pair of Inov8 Roclite 285 with jeans quite often. Those new black Flite 190 look ideal for an office shoe to me

i wear the vivo aqua too, which are very comfy and were bought from tk max.
the only problem is that they look like the old clarke polyvelts(remember them).
my boss took a double take when he saw me wearing them,
    and shook his head,mumbleing runners!

vivobarefoot. they do some work shoe versions, i.e. black leather.

I wear some daily to and from and at work (I have a standing desk) and they definitely help my posture and the comfort of my feet.

recently I had Achilles problems because I started wearing Dr Marten high-tops for a while. since going back to vivobarefoot it seems to be better.

I have been wearing indestructible shoes at my workplace also comfortable for running. I think this is the best barefoot shoes, there is no better feeling than your bare feet against the soft ground. Major thing is that with this shoes your toes squishing in the mud and the great connection you feel with the earth. It's my experience your experience can be different. I hope it would be assist you.
