Hope you all had a good run - sorry I wasn't there, but I was running across Wales. I've updated the Runfurther website with the Bullock Smithy results & added a link to Karen's blog. Well done with your time. They were perfect conditions for fast times this year. I was delighted to finish only 22 mins outside my PB of 2010, especially after recent PW performances. The after-effects of business travel must be wearing off.

Read by blog Karen- [email protected] I did a report on the race but also a comparison. they are quite different in some respects. I liked both, not sure how I would chose. had a better time at GRP except for trashed feet towards the end.

Not just photos (~200 of them) but there's a video this time as well. I'll keep the subject matter as a nice surprise. It'll take me a while to label them all before I upload. I began the process of weeding out last night.

Ha-ha Karen. The recording quality would never do justice to the musicality of the farting and its spontaneity precluded its recording anyway. Blame the hot dog.
