Anyone up for this blast on Saturday morning?

I've not done it before but sounds good. And a nice pint at the end...

Yes, we'll be there. It's part of the gritstone series so will be popular.

Yep I'll be up for it Greg - thats if I've not seized up after Great Longstone on Friday night. As for the course - its 75% Burbage in reverse!
Its better to have fought and lost, than not have fought at all.

I wasn't last!!!!! Took 20mins off last years time
Fab race, great Marshalls, loved it. We stayed to watch a bit of the sheepdog champs too. First one we think had an attack of the nerves bless him. Not sure if they have found the sheep yet!! One after that was so good. Great day all round.
Something really weird happened to me after the race though. I went into the refreshment tent and it all went blank. Found my self standing outside with a cup of tea in my hands!! What is that all about. There was beer in that tent :w00t:

Well done Sue, 20 minutes off is amazing!

Would like to have been there, but had to take the kids to a birthday party.... But didn't mind too much as there was a bouncy catle.

Bouncy Cattle or Castle? Both are equally fun.

There's a couple of links on the Dark Peak website or on Facebook page Peak District fell races.
Never under estimate the power of the darkside of the fells.
