i am now off call out list until December which is a bugger but i just have to get on with it, if i can swim by end of November i will be a happy Bunny.
oh and hows this i went to pub last night, no booze as on all sorts of pills but went to disabled toilet no problem, but the floor was slippy and i went flying knew i couldn't fall on leg i turned and landed on baby changing unit.
now got bruised ribs my fecking September just gets better!

Again all my thanks for all the messages of good will, i am touched really touched.
This is terrible I hope you raised it with the landlord and have been suitably compensated. The floor in an asseccible w.c (or any w.c) should be non-slip. You could have knocked yourself out or worse.

Fingers crossed; you'll be swimming in November

all, its going as well as can be expected, sleep is not easy well getting comfy is the hard part, i am also trying very hard not to take pain killers, but needed at times, i think i have to get a grip, i feel i have been so lucky, it could have been a lot lot worse clag could have been down, i could have been out of ear shot it could have been cold, so many things could have made this worse than it is.
i am a big lad now and repair is my aim, re the pub fall, they are friends of mine and i would not want to create a problem for them, my daughter works there, i will have a word with them and it will be a strong word but when the time is right, oh got to go that J Kyle is on
also i have completed my write up for the 3 shires race its like war and peace xx
    Going to try again....

Pleased to see you're keeping your spirits up by watching J Kyle!! Always good for the soul....makes you realise you could be THAT sad!!

Amex, you'll bounce back (if only you'd bounced off the baby-changing unit!) from this stronger than ever, I have no doubt about that. A legend of the fells!!
