Spoke to Ian on Friday night Danbert and he confirmed we had around 15 names in the hat for Saturday. Teams to be selected on the day, meet at the start/finish line at the top of the hill.

I think Ian entered 4 teams so even if all 15 turn up everyone will get a run out, the 4th team being incomplete.

Got a text from Paul L last night, apparently he has an ankle injury (I'd guess he got it a the GNW half marathon yesterday, where he ran a PB), so 15 might already be 14

Team selection should be interesting from that list. Get there early and show good form in the warm up!!

15,17,18,24 would be a fast young team - shame we have to slum it without our recent sub 4 miler

have any other local clubs had a sub 4 miler this winter

I'm sure that team would/will do well even without our prized U23 sub 4 minute miler.

Apparently we are fielding 5 ladies teams.

Its a shame I'm going to miss it all
