I was happy with my run in a rare road race, eleventh in 16.46.

I have done too few of Andy O's races over the years, they are terrific events.

Roger Rabbit and Pudgy were there as well as me and Chris. Seemed to be a good turn out. I am sure Vince will be churning out the results soon

There were 176 or 177 finishers, great turn out and some very fast times. My first experience firing a starting pistol ! (Joe Salt had a septic finger). Widdy thrashed Spirit, Notlob ran with Notlob junior. Vince said results will be sent to Schofers tonight. Loads of butties at the end.
Biriani for endurance, pathia for speed.

Bit harsh on Spirit, in this respect, Widdy, Spirit and most of the Rochdale ladies thrashed me even my 13 year old son beat me
Just as well Notlob junior junior (who'll be 11 years old tomorrow) or Notlob junior junior junior (my daughter who's nearly 3) didn't run

Enjoyed the race last night. Getting quicker, which is a bit strange as I am getting older!!?? Excellent butties in the pub. Long way to come from Essex for a 5K.

Cause im not an U20 in theses races im a senior, i had an ok run last night apart from the last hill where a one legged man could of past me and it is the first time where i have fully concentrated on me
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

Running with the big boys now as the cut off is under 18yrs at Andy's races apparantly. Well done to all and thanks to Brummie John for ushering runners past the number takers! There were no mistakes made.
